The Grand Hacienda is a luxury property for total relaxation. Every guest reservation is very special to us. We strive to make every stay truly memorable, which you will see in our attention to detail.

Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. Check-out is anytime before 11 am on your day of departure.

The Grand Hacienda is an adults-only (age 16 and older) property. Children are always welcome when you reserve the full property –– all three suites.
We offer a smoke-free environment.
For the comfort of all our guests, The Grand Hacienda is a pet-free property; however, when you reserve all three suites, we welcome up to two small dogs under 50 lbs.

Only registered guests staying on the property are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy

There is a cancellation or change fee of either 10% or $100, whichever is higher, for all cancellations and changes. This fee is used to offset processing fees that we incur for the reservation, even if you cancel.
Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before check-in date): 100% of the rental amount refunded less the cancellation fee.
Late cancellations (60 days or less before check-in date): no refunds can be given for cancellations or changes 60 days or less before your check-in date. We will try to re-book your dates, but we encourage guests to purchase rental insurance to protect against these cancellations.
Although we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable, we can not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, missed or canceled flights, pandemics, force majeure, etc.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Cancel For Any Reason ("CFAR") trip insurance if an emergency arises that impacts your travel plans, including illness, COVID-19 exposure, flight delays, or other unforeseen events. The Grand Hacienda does not provide trip insurance, but for our guests' convenience, we provide a link to a third-party provider - Protection Brands, underwritten by Nationwide Insurance - for Cancel For Any Reason trip insurance. We offer this link for your convenience only and The Grand Hacienda is not affiliated with Protection Brands. (Disclosure: If you purchase insurance through this link, The Grand Hacienda may make a small commission, at no additional cost to you.)
Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation will be charged automatically for the entire stay without further notification. No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.
